A Committed Fitness Professional with a Holistic Approach
Omar Holness is a former professional soccer player who has channeled years of elite athletic experience into becoming a passionate personal fitness coach. Having competed at the highest level, Omar knows what it takes to push the body to its limits and how to train for optimal performance. Now, as a NASM accredited certified personal trainer, Omar uses this unique background to help clients of all levels improve their strength, endurance, and fitness through tailored, results-driven programs. With a focus on work-life balance & discipline, he is committed to helping you unlock your full potential, just like he did on the field.
